How can I trust the quality of the products I purchase from OOZER?

At OOZER, we take special care to provide you with only the best quality clothing. We ensure attention to detail in finishing. We take pride in ensuring top-notch stitch quality in each product. We put our products through a thorough quality control checking process during production. We take utmost care to preserve each product in its best shape when stored in our warehouses. Each product also goes through another round of quality control checking before it gets shipped for delivery.

 

Where can I order OOZER products from?

OOZER caters to the fashion needs of all those residing in the UAE.

 

What are the accepted payment methods?

At OOZER, our preferred payment method is via a secure credit card transaction. Rest assured, your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

Orders completed with credit cards will not be charged any additional fees. You can save your credit card details to your account, to ensure a quicker checkout process next time.

 

When will my products be delivered?

You can expect your products to be delivered within one to days of order confirmation.

  • If you’re based in Dubai, Sharjah or Abu Dhabi and place an order before 8 AM, we should be able to have your order out for delivery on the same day (except for Friday).
  • If you’re based in the other Emirates and place an order before 5 AM, we should be able to arrange your order out for delivery on the same day (except for Friday).
  • Certain products may require a longer delivery time. If you’ve ordered any of those, it may take longer for your order to reach you.

 

Can I track my shipment?

All shipments can be tracked by checking the link sent along with order confirmation.

 

I don’t want to receive an order I have placed, what do I do?

You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Once you’ve received the shipping confirmation it will not be possible to cancel your order.

Upon cancellation, your OOZER credit will be reflected for the same value as the payment made towards the purchase of a cancelled item.

 

How do I cancel an order?

Follow these steps to cancel an order:

  • Click on ‘LOGIN’ in the tab bar and login
  • Click on ‘My Orders’
  • Ensure the product isn’t in transit yet (orders can be cancelled only if products haven’t left the warehouse)
  • Select the products you wish to cancel and click on ‘Cancel Items’
  • Add the reason for cancelling your order
  • Submit to receive a cancellation confirmation

 

When can I return a product?

Unsatisfied with our product? Return it, no questions asked!

OOZER proudly offers a hassle-free return procedure with the UAE.

 

I like the product, but it isn’t the right size/colour/ I have received a damaged product. What do I do?

Contact us immediately for an exchange. You can exchange a product on or before the 14th day of delivery only.

Kindly note that OOZER does not mass produce products. Facilitating exchange is subject to the availability of products from our limited pieces produced per collection. Please check the measurement guidelines to order accurate sizes and avoid the need for exchanges/returns of products.

 

What are the steps to exchange a product?

  • Initiate an exchange by contacting us by any one of the following methods:
  • Whatsapp us on +971 509166937
  • Write to us at OOZERhelpdesk@gmail.com
  • Once the exchange is confirmed, we will send a courier to pick the package up within 2 working days.
  • If the product you wish to exchange fulfils all the conditions to return/exchange a product, you will receive the replacement product. If not, the exchange shall be cancelled.

 

What are the conditions to return/exchange a product?

  • A product can be returned/exchanged on or before the 14th day of delivery only. No requests for return/exchange shall be entertained after this period.
  • A product must be unused with tags attached and intact. We require the product to be returned in original packaging.

 

What are the steps to return a product?

  • Initiate a return by contacting us by any one of the following methods:

  • Once a return is confirmed, we will send a courier to pick the package up within 2 working days.
  • Once the package is received by us, expect the credit/refund to automatically reflect in 2 working days’ time

 

What cost must I bear to return a product?

If you wish to return a product, we would require you to bear courier charges, that shall NOT be refunded by OOZER under any circumstances.

 

What about money paid for the product?

The complete amount paid towards the purchase of the product will be reimbursed, in one of the two ways of your choosing:

  • Credit – Store credit can be used to purchase a product of your choosing from OOZER.
  • Refund – The amount shall be refunded to your original payment method.

You can expect the credit/refund to reflect automatically in 2 working days after we receive your returned product.

 

How does Credit work?

Upon returning a product, you can choose to get your money back in credit form. You can use this credit to purchase any product from OOZER’s official website. Upon your next purchase, this credit amount shall be utilized. You would only be required to pay us any extra amount, over and above the credit, if the purchase you have made costs more than the balance remaining.
